My CIN No. 1776 (application no. 1115 dt. 25.12.2011 wrongly typed 25.12.2012) Deposited requisite first instalment Rs.255795/- dt. 5.3.12 by cheque no. 144460 for 774 sft. on Block 83/3E at Behala Project( now typed as Maheshtala) Kindly confirm me by giving me Allotment Letter & Receipt, sanction plan etc. at the earliest for taking departmental loan/bank loan and accordingly I will enquire it at my local P.O. at Maithon. What will be the total amount of my 2nd instalment and when it will have to deposit by me ? Possession time(plus six months grace period:June-2014) But as per letter of offer it is clearly mentioned that " the building shall be completed by the builder within day of 31st January 2014, pulse a grace period of 6 months subject however to force majeure". Since 08 months no progress had been made which is indeed very slow. Is there any detail time schedule to complete the phases? Otherwise how we will follow up?
