Overall :

FOUNDATION:- Column foundation with cement mortar in K.B works of mortar 1:6 in between the frame structure.
R.C.C:- RCC in beams, slabs, lintel, chajja, staircase etc. will be provided using 12mm. crusher broken granite chips.
WALLS:- 1st class K.B bricks/cement concrete blocks/fly ash bricks masonry in rich cement mortar
WALL FINISH:- External plastering will be of 12 mm and internal of 16 mm thickness. Smooth plaster of paris finish for internal walls and external plaster finish with for internal walls and eternal plaster finish with cement paint.
DOORS:-
All door frames will be of well seasoned Sal wood of size 54”/2.5” and the doors of 32 mm thick of factory made flush doors shutters except the main door. The main will be a designed door of teak wood, fitted with mortise lock and eye piece and a safety chain lock.
WINDOW:- Aluminum frame with glass panels and m.s gril over that.
FLOORS:- Ceramic tile sin drawing and dining and rest the marble flooring/ceramic tile flooring.
TOILETS:- Marble/tile flooring, glazed tiles upto 5 ft height from floor llevel, concealed piping for shower points, wash basin, gijer point for one bath room etc. with all sanitary fittings of jaguar make toilets will be provided with readymade PVC doors.
KITCHEN:- Kitchen slab will be R.C.C with marble slab on top & glazed titles on the walls cutting above the slab up to height to 2’6” of matching shade.
Electrical:- Concealed wiring with required no’s of light, fan T.V, telephone 7 plug points will be provided for easy & convenient use. The power supply will be arranged through CESCO
