We are considering to buy a 2BHK in Ittina Akkala. We have been told that it is Land-owner's share of flat. It is not fully constructed. App no is B 1002. Can anybody please help us in providing information about the project? How is the construction? are all the legal papers and approval clear ? Is the project approved by LIC or SBI? Hi, I have booked flat A-905 in Ittina Akkala with Ittina Properties in October 2010. I learned that they have started looking for other buyers for the same while they have neither provided necessary papers my lawyer is seeking, nor returning my booking amount. I'm seeking legal help to dispute the sale of this apartment. Till then request/advise the readers of this post not to get into any agreement with Ittina Properties for this flat.
