Flooring
The flooring in living, dining, bedrooms, and kitchen will be of 16”x16” Albano Crema. The flooring in balconies, toilets & wash area will be of first quality anti skid ceramic tiles.
Note : Size, Color and brand will be of our choice depending on bulk availability.

Wall Tiling
Kitchen will have first quality ceramic wall tiles for 2 feet above the platform.
Toilet will have first quality ceramic wall tiles for 7 feet height from floor level.
Service areas will have ceramic tile for 3 feet height.
Note : Size, Color and brand will be of our choice depending on bulk availability.

Kitchen Platform & Sink
Kitchen platform will be provided with black granite.
Kitchens will have granite sink/porcelain sink without a drain board.
Cudappah shelves will be provided in kitchen.
One loft of RCC will be provided in the kitchen.

Doors / Windows / Ventilators
Main door frame will be made of teak wood frame with Panelled skin door shutter.
Bedroom doors will be made of country wood frame with panelled shutters.
Toilet doors will be made of country wood frame with flush shutter. One side of the door will have PVC lamination for suitable height or sintex pvc doors or equivalent.
French doors will be made of T.W.frame and shutters with glass of suitable size.
Windows will be of t.w. frame with glass shutters.
Ventilators will be of Aluminium.

Painting Finishes
All walls except kitchen, service, balconies and toilets will be coated with putty and finished with emulsion paint.
Ceilings will be finished with Ultra white paint.
External walls will be finished with Supercem cement paint or equivalent.
Main door will be of Melamine finish.
All other doors will be finished with enamel paint.
Windows and Ventilator grills will be finished with enamel paint.
Note: The color of the paint wherever not mentioned will be as per our choice.

Plumbing & Sanitary
Common toilet OR 2nd bedroom toilets will be provided with Indian water Closet(IWC).
Attached toilet of Master bedroom will be provided with colour European water closet (EWC) & pedestal washbasin of color matching to tile.
Dining will be provided with washbasin without counter.
High quality chromium plated fittings will be provided in toilets.
