Walls, including roofs, are built with RCC. So, walls are of same quality as much as roofs. I mean walls are not built with bricks. General advantage of RCC walls is robust and general disadvantage is it absorbs heat. Hope this answered your query. Unable to meet completion dates has been the issue with Janapriya. But I feel there are ton of other aspects we need to evaluate before choosing a builder. I am not thrilled by the quality of the construction and the features of the flat, but I feel they are reasonably rich enough for the budget they are operating under. Effective rate is 2540 per SFT. Down payment is 65%. Janapriya has other option, though not attractive, where price is 2995 per SFT and down payment is just 20%. First option is better and check with Janapriya on the project completion date to get an idea of how many months your 65% downpayment is held up without giving you interest (monetarily as well as rental wise).
