Overall :

* Foundation & Plinth: R.C.C PILLING with grade beam over which brick masonry wall in cement mortar (1:6) up to plinth.
* Walls: External Load bearing walls of 10” thick and internal walls of 5’ thick using K.B bricks with cement mortar (1:6) in two floors each floor 3-meter height each.
* Plastering: All walls shall be plastered both inside and outside with cement mortar (1:6) and ceiling shall be finished smooth with cement mortar (1:4)
* Floors: Marble/Vitrified tile flooring to all rooms and kitchen.
* Kitchen: Working platform in kitchen shall be of green marble stone over which glazed tile cladding to 3 ft height green Marble sink with C.P fitting of Jaguar made shall be providing in the kitchen.
* Toilet: Glazed tile cladding up to 7ft high shall be provided. Commode as well as I.W.C. Pan of parry ware will be provided in toilets.
* Doors: All doorframes shall be of salwood, front door shutter shall be of teakwood with mortise lock and eyepiece and all other doors are company made flush doors. Toilet door will be of P.V.C. make.
* Windows: All window frames shall be of Aluminum with glass panes. M.S. grills with square bar shall be fixed to the frames.
* Painting: All exterior walls shall be finished with waterproof paint of weather coat and all internal walls with Distemper over coat of putty for smooth finish.
