On application you need to pay a token of money of Rs. 25,000 /- . Rs. 50,000/- payable on or before each 10th,20th & 30th instalments. Balance can be paid in 36 equal Monthly Installments.

 
SCHEME II : PREFERRED LOCATION FLAT ON MONTHLY INSTALMENT: Under this scheme we offer you to select your choice flat. Rs. 25,000/- payable on application & Rs. 1Lakh payable on confirmation. Balance in 24 equal easy monthly instalments at 0% interest.

SCHEME IV: PAY EMI AFTER POSSESSION :
Pay 30% of the value of Flat at the time of booking and Balance in 10/15/20 years EMI. First EMI will start after getting possession. No E.M.I. or interest payable during construction period. Application money Rs. 25,000/- and on confirmation balance of 30% of the value of Flat payable. Balance 70% by EMI through bank loan. Larica will pay only interest if any amount drawn during construction period.

 

SCHEME V : READY POSSESSION:

On application Rs. 25,000/- and balance within 15 days of confirmation.
