Flooring : High Glossy Ceramic tiles for the bedroom, living room and the dining room. Granite/ Vitrified in the common areas and staircases.

Kitchen : High Glossy Ceramic used for the kitchen flooring. Added to this are the granite- topped platform, granite topped breakfast table, glazed tiles dadoing and stainless steel washing sink. The stores room and the work areas are separate from the main kitchen areas.
