I visited Mantri yesterday 1/22/2011 and they have said that Phase 1 would be ready in 1 month or so. Synergy 2 in 3-4 months. I could see a lot of workers working there and making progress.

Hi All, Apologies for not being active for some time. We have booked 3 flats in Synergy 1 and in 2009 December. Over a year now we have been told about the delays. The reasons are not good enough. We were asked to pay a premium for the flat because the building was almost ready. Now I find that we may not even get the entire project delivered even by the end of next year - 2011. I am sure Mantri will come up with a mail soon telling about the delay. Moonsoon, labor, Summer, Bihar development !!!!! etc .. come-on a company of this size and experience must have planned better... the truth is not being spoken. Also now they talk about 90% completion etc and part delivery of houses / blocks. That is not what we have agreed originally. I would want the entire project delivered in ONE - Go and as per the agreement. BTW: The good quality main door(carrot) promised for the earlier delay... is pathetic. Most of us will want to change it. We should Never accept the part delivery plan. That is
It will be really frustrating for us not to have the units handed-over anything beyond May-June 2011. Most of us have availed loans and started paying EMI without getting (tax) benefits!!! Rental income opportunity is also lost due to this unacceptable delay compounding heftty EMI payments. Not to mention those who are currently living in rented houses would be having additional expense which would be significant part of their normal income. Only if we have direct appointment with Mantri Chairman and listing out the plight of the residents it will not be taken seriously. May be we need to start some online campaign highlighting this factor.
