It is not safe to invest in any project of Mapsko or Krishna Apra. They are one of the worst builders in NCR. If want more details, then visit Krishna Apra Sapphire Indirapuram and see the condition. After 4 year of planned completion date, still the appartment is half constructed. Helpless residents have shifted in the unsafe, badly half constrcted and very badly maintained appartments.
