Structure: R.C.C framed Structure with Brick Panel Walls plastered.
Flooring : Architect approved 2'x2' Vitrified Tiles Flooring. Anti- Skid Ceramic tile flooring for toilets. Toilets : One white Indian type water closet and one white colour European type closet. Dado with glazed wall tiles up to 7'0". Standard quality C.P. Fittings will be provided. Entrance Door : With African teakwood frame, view panel with necessary locks, handles, hinges of standard make in brass powder coated. Toilet Door: PVC frame 6’6’’ X 2’3’’ fitting with PVC door, panelled shutters with necessary hardware fixtures and painted finish surface. Other Doors: African Teak wood doors, with necessary mortise lock and hinges, handles, tower bolt, etc., with enamel paint finish. Windows : Frames in African teak wood. Glazed panels, shutters with good quality finish. Bathroom : European Water Closets (White). Glazed tile upto 7’’ height. Spartek Tiles. Geyser (20 lts) 2 nos will be provided for each flat. Kitchen : Vitrified Tiles. 12’ long Jet black or Hassan green granite Raised cooking platform and 2’ X 2’ S.S Sink with drain board. Glazed tiles will be provided for a height of 2' for the length of the cooking platform. Exhaust fan point 1 no. Aqua Guard water purifier 1 nos will be provided. Modular Kitchen will be provided. Bed Rooms : Flooring with vertified tiles, skirting shelf – each one with R.C.C.Loft. Electrical Wiring : 3 phase supply with concealed wiring (Finolex or EMGEE) in P.V.C. Conduits with good quality copper cables with modular switches will be provided. Two stand by 20 HP generators facility for the common areas, lift and 4 light points, 2 fan points to each flat. Painting : Roller finished plastic emulsion for walls in all rooms. Synthetic enamel paints for doors. Full putty finish for walls Water Supply : (a) bore well with sufficient depth to provide ample supply of water. Water Softening plant (R.O) will be provided. (b) For all 16 flats, 2 nos of tank of 10,000 lts capacity each will be provided. A sump with motor will be provided in the ground to store corporation water and a separate overhead tank will be provided on the roof to facilitate supply only in the kitchen. Lift : 1 number of lift (KONE) 6 passengers each will be provided. Cable TV : Connections in the hall and bed rooms for each individual flats. Telephone Point : Telephone points in the living area, the master bedroom and the other bedrooms. Gardening : Landscaping Garden will be provided in and around the buildings. Weathering : Surki concrete with 9’’ X 9’’ square tiles at top neatly finished. |
