Hello Owners, I am planning to buy flat No.125 (Area 1435 Sft) from one of the land Owners. But I’m concerned with the proposed road widening. I presume all the balconies will be demolished. But he says the Govt will compensate. My query is it worth buying, considering that Govt compensation will be on Govt value of property and not on market value? Moreover Govt will compensate only if building is constructed as per byelaws. Any help on this matter will be appreciated. Thanks, Jaideep.
