Yes assessment of property tax in My Home Jewel has been done. Now property tax can be calculated by 3.5 * Total built up area in sqft * monthly rental value per sqft in INR.

I too agree with your opinion on Beam network services.I applied for land line and broadband 3 weeks back. I have issue with broadband as well as Land line. broadband works fine for sometimem. But i need to restrat the router very often. This issue is not solved so far. They are unable to provide the Land line service even after three weeks. They always say "iTs software issue and wil be resolved in 24 or 48 Hrs".
I completely agree... i had to disconnect the cable tv connection after a few days due to poor service and reception. They are taking too long to install the landline connection and there is lot of interruption in the broadband service. I hope the management will look into this and get some other service providers
