RCC work: M15 (1:2:4) and M20 (1:1.5:3) grades. Steel with TMT ISI brand.

Basement: All-round 4’ basement in granite masonry above ground level Plinth beam running across all columns on basement.

Flooring: Vitrified tiles of 2’ X 2’ size in all rooms except toilets. Anti Skid tiles in toilets. Hexagonal cement blocks
floorings or designer tiles in parking.

Superstructure: All external walls of 9” thick and internal walls of 4.5” thick in CM 1:6 Cement plaster in two coats and
lappam finish for all internal walls except toilets and Kitchen

Woodwork: All “teak wood” frames for both doors. Main door shutter in “teak” and other doors shutters are of good quality “flush doors”.
All windows fitted with “alluminium frame” with iron grills and sliding glass. Toilet doors are waterproof. All brass fittings for doors and windows.

Kitchen: Unlimited shelves in reinforced cement mortar. Granite top platform and stainless steel sink. Provision for exhaust.

Toilets: Plumber Fittings (Hot and Cold wall mixer and one tap) in Master Bed room, and Kitchen (Two taps), Hot and Cold wall mixer

for all toilets and glazed tiles dado up to door level.
