No Comments Sub Category:Uncategorized Posted On: Nov 14, 2011

Patel Nagar in west Delhi, is all set to welcome Raheja Phoenix the city’s first tallest building. Raheja Phoenix, a residential project is walled city’s first skyscraper providing best of best elite’s in residential preferences. Even though it is early to estimate the success of this project, Delhi known for its huge bungalows has, left developers worried about how to gain the property buyers attention towards the luxury homes placed on the 54th floor of the skyscraper. R K Arora, CMD of Supertech North Eye project in Noida‘s Sector 74 was reported saying that their group is also planning to construct another high-rise in the city limits. Although it is an agreeable fact that Mumbai city was eye-catching for similar high-rise residences, the north Indian cities are without doubt taking over the crown.

Navin Raheja the Chairman of Raheja Developers was reported saying that, with the changing trends in Delhi, even his company has planned to raise a skyscraper in the walled city and also plans are said to be happening to raise a 57 storied building “Revanta” in Gurgaon city. The prices of these apartments is said to price from Rs.8,000 per square feet. However according to the Floor Area Ratio (FAR) norms, the prices of the apartments varies with the increase in vertical extension of the floor area. The matter of concern is that, the builders have to solve the sanitation and parking issues in these apartments to ensure provision of best residential project to the property buyers. Midst all these concerns the Phoenix project is sure hit the fame of “milestone residential project” in Delhi.
