Residents take initiative to save trees

1 Comment Sub Category:Uncategorized Posted On: Feb 23, 2012

Residents of CBD Belapur Sector 15 have taken this task of saving trees in their area.

Around 1000 trees and plants will be saved by them which were in a neglected state since long.

Earlier, Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) had appointed a contractor to do the task but nothing was done.

Now the NMMC officials have taken notice of the work done by the residents.

Apart from the issues over saving trees, residents also notice many vehicles are illegally parked along the park.
