NRI Seawoods, Nerul - NaviMumbai - Mumbai

NRI Seawoods Mumbai is one of the most prestigious housing projects in Navi Mumbai located on bay of Arabian Sea in sector 54, 56 & 58 of Nerul rode. It provides a super speciality housing complex which is designed for higher class consisting of 2/3 BHK and Pent House apartments including superior amenities. The project is taken up in two phases, viz: Phase I- Existing Seawoods Estate consists of 7 towers with 440 apartments and Phase II- New Phase in construction stage consists of 4 towers with 225 apartments. Phase-I
The project was completed by CIDCO in year 1996 and initially it was known as NRI (Non-resident Indians) complex and later was renamed as Seawoods Estate. The first phase consists of 46 towers with 1534 apartments which are fully occupied.

Phase-II
After the completion of the Phase I, the project was also undertaken by CIDCO in year 2005. In view of huge demand, CIDCO decided to go ahead with Seawoods Estate, Phase-II project. The work is of International quality & is done with latest machines available in the present context. The apartments are facilitated with the modern and high class quality structures.
