reply3 Further when I asked them Bout the tenure of the cases..they weren't sure either....meaning which a scenario where alltowes are built and handed over BUT no registration is done and we become aprty to this legal process till Indian judicialry getsan ovehaul ....cannot be ruled out......think of it .....for owner occupancy it is ok...but for an nri like me... I cannot sublet the apartment without legal papers stating that the flat is mine....expecting the tenet to pay rent or even vacate it upon request is a different story altogether.... So to sum up.....either I go ahead and continue paying for it bcos I don't wnt to lose 15% of whatever I paid......this can lead to either .....
