We are intersted in buying a plot. We understand that there are constraints - since most plots have extended the time for extesion. We are considering two plots but before we take the plunge we need to understand the time period/costs for plan sanction and completion certificate.An option would be to have a complete plan but build in phases ( of course look at completing the minimum requirement for a completion).. We would like to talk to architect/contractors who have experience in this area.
