Why is the HDFC bank offering affordable home loans particularly to BPTP project?

This is because the Delhi based firm BPTP has tied up with the HDFC bank to provide home loans at an interest rate of only 5.99 percent. The scheme is introduced to attract more and more home buyers to avail affordable home loans. The offer limited from December 18 to December 31.

Greater Noida Authority has proposed to increase floor area ration in the group housing plots by 3.5 times from old 2.75 times. That means developers will construct more and decrease the pro-rate land costs which will be an advantage for the buyers. Earlier developers were allowed to construct only 2.75 time of the ground are but now they can construct 3.7 time more once the proposal gets the consent.

Earlier on a 1,00,000 sq feet plot of land, a builder could build 2,75,000 sq ft or 275 flats if it is a green building but from now onwards on a 1,00,000 sq ft land, a builder can build 350 flats. This will also address the issue of shortage of land. Concept of affordable housing may also come up.

Greater Noida Authority project is about to get completed by the year 2013, the project undertaken at a cost of Rs 320 crores, it is almost completed only the underground reservoirs and the laying of pipeline is yet to complete. The authority is constructing 25 reservoirs for the essential supply of water. The residents of Noida will get good qualityof water, the water will get blend with Ganga water before it is released in the pipelines. As of now the people of Noida is using ground water for all purposed and they are facing lot of problems because of the hardness of water, after the project gets over the authority will supply with 204 million litres of water per day which is quite enough for the resident of Noida, The project will be helpful in the future as the population will grow in the upcoming years.

Delhi Government has passed a mandatory rule to ban plastic in the city. If in any case anyone is found using it then Rs. 1 lakh fine will be charged on the violators and imprisonment for a time period. Not even the shopkeepers, vendors, wholesalers or the retailers are allowed to use plastic carry bags for supplying any goods. There will be ban on the manufacture, sale, storage and usage of plastic bags all over the city in Delhi.

In majority of the cases it is allowed to a husband and wife or parent and child. Friends are not permitted to take a joint home loan.
