I am residing in Mumbai and I am facing lot of trouble with the poor quality of roads, i always get late while going to the office because of the muddy roads instead of plain road we are the sufferers that inspite of paying so hugh taxable amount for the roads still the roads are in such horrible conditions that it is hampering our everyday life. What the contractors doing they are not paying any heed to the pothole but laying the roads midst of the pothole only.

Mumbai roads are full of potholes with different size and open careless manholes which is very risky. It is high time that we should take some steps and urge the BMC people to pay some attention in the infrastucture of the road, atleast they should make some plain roads so that we can travel with our own vehicles instead of traveling by buses or autos as the auto fare has also gone up. As I have shifted to Mumbai for past 10yrs am suffering a lot.

Solar energy is a form of renewable energy and can be easily obtained from sun’s radiation. Residential Solar System is cost effective for using solar energy, in long run. First you need to estimate your home’s power consumption on monthly basis. After knowing your consumption you can use both solar power and grid power combined to service your homes needs. You will need to purchase photovoltaic solar panels for the same. Try to get at least 20 250 watt panels (5000 watts) for minimal home use. Solar power grid tie system with battery backup provides you with a battery backup to cover a power failure. Since they were designed for small spaces, they’re a great way to light any room.

Kid rooms are often small and lack the built-in storage that is vital for a good organizational system. Proper storage ensures safety to the kids as cluttered stuff will hurt them while playing or walking. Some of the tips which I can think of are 1. Corners can be used for decorative purpose or as for storing toys. 2. Multiple function furniture such as window seat furniture can be a place to read and relax, and toys can be stored in the space under the seat. 3. Pull-out drawers under the box spring offer built-in storage. You can also add similar space by rolling boxes under a regular bed. 4. The traditional kid’s storage unit is a toy box. You can also place the kids’ toy box at the end of the bed so your child can sit on it to put on his or her shoes.5. A divided bookshelf is an easy and attractive way to organize toys.6. Place nightstand or small chest with drawers near the bed so that it can be used for placing bedtime reading books or toys. Hope these tips help.

Professional Property Management provide a number of services including tenant screening, debt collection, payment of mortgage or any other bills pertaining to your property as well as any needed repairs. Residents are unable to get rental accommodation at affordable prices in metros; apartments get simply locked up without letting out due to lack of professionalized organization to manage the assets in the absence of owners. Today, there is a demand for property management from apartments. Several real estate management firms provide property investment in India for residential, commercial and retail properties for thriving metropolitan hubs such as Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Gurgaon and other major cities.

A home loan is a loan advanced to a person to assist in buying a house or condominium. It is of two types: closed end and open end. There are several banks which provide home loans at different EMIs. You can gain further knowledge on home loans after reading http://www.commonfloor.com/articles/home-loan-explained-108.html

Before applying for a home loan, you will have to submit all the necessary documents and fill out all the required forms to the bank that is offering you the loan. The general rule is that government banks have some stringent eligibility criteria such as minimum monthly salary, and also your present property info that you possess. Private banks are known to waive off these criteria although, there are some banks who follow. You may have to pay the loan processing fee which is usually 0.5 to 1% of the total loan amount. This charge is for verifying all the documents, estimating the value of your present properties and other personal information of yours.Probably the most important stuff to consider while applying for a home loan is the interest rates and the Tenure. If you choose Floating rate, you will have to pay the EMI based on the current market value. So, if the rates are high, you end up paying more than the usual amount. Here, the loan tenure will also increase proportionately.
