I would suggest you not to invest in Vijayawada real estate for the time being. As far as I know, the realty sale has drop down completely due to raise in land rates. Many apartments were left unsold and even the construction work have been stopped completely.

The fire broke down on M G Marg, the property worth lakhs in present real estate market was burnt into ashes. It is believed that the fire broke down due to a short circuit. The Fire Department put off the fire with the help of two fire extinguishers and asked the building owners to be aware of such consequences in near future.

The people not getting water supply because a major leakage has been detected in the pipeline which was 35 yrs old and has become stale. Around 8feet pipeline had to be change and it took two days to do the work after that partial water was restored. It will take two years to complete the construction work for the new storage plant

I stay in Nagpur near Kamptee Road and the people reside in Nagpur is facing a lot of trouble to travel in their personal vehicles mainly those who are having moter bikes as the roads are full of potholes, ditches and during rainy season the roads of Nagpur turns from bad to worst conditions mainly for the people who are riding bikes have to be even more cautious to ride a bike as the potholes will start over flowing with water and it is not possible for the motorists to measure the depth of it and such situations are threating the life of the motorists.

People in Nagpur are suffer a lot with the road problem in day to day life mainly the Kampteee Road and the Automotive road going towards Itwari are full of traffic and craters. The Nagpur Municipal Corporation and the Nagpur Improvement Trust are least bothered in improving the roads, they keep on blaming each other. The Municipal Commissioner said that they have to reconstruct the roads as it is in worst condition and repairing the road will not help.

Hi, I reside in Mumbai, and since couple of months we are suffering a lot with the power supply in Mumbai the power cut exceeded from 12 hours to 50 hours. Places like Caffe Parade and Maker Tower facing lots of problem they are not getting proper supply of water, people were stuck in lifts due to power cut and the scorching heat of October were killing the people of Mumbai. We are facing tremendous problem and we donot know how many more days we have to suffer like that.

Mumbai people are suffering a lot with the power supply problem and mainly the people who is staying in Maker Tower, the power was not enough to run the three lifts in a building which have 25 storeys and some to the elderly people who stay in higher floor could not come down as the lifts was not working, they were fully home arrest for two days. Some people could not sleep for so many hours even some shifted to hotel infact. However the appartment people are blaming the BEST for failing to give uninterrupted back up.

The government has decided to draw a new plan for Arkavathy Layout in Bangalore. Out of for 2,750 acres that was the actual notification in the beginning, only 1,200 acre was acquired by BDA (Bangalore Development Authority) as the farmers of this land had not given their consent. There are 8,000 site allottees who are anxiously waiting for the final plan of the layout.

Yes the drops in property rates are true. The rates depend on demand and supply. This may vary on a project to project basis. The projects which see good demand will not see a correction.
