Jalahalli lacks in basic amenities, BBMP has forgotten to take care of the development work. The open drains are not cleaned time to time and they need immediate attention as it has been filled with sand and waste matter blocking flow of waste water and moreover traffic chaos will be there during peak hours.

I reside in Gurgaon and it has been noticed that the traffic department has taken a steps towards the drivers of school buses who lacks in proper training and even dont have proper driving licence after the recent accident occured involving a school bus were two kids were injured. The traffic department said that before 31st October the school bus driver should be given proper training about the road safety from well recognised institution, the institute is run by the Institute of Driving and Traffic Research and managed by Maruti Suzuki India Limited. The traffic police made it compulsory that the drives must have five years (5 yrs) of experience in driving before they are allowed in the roads as the job involves many lives of children.

Not exactly the builder has the right for owning a club house in many cases. It all depends upon the acts set by the agreement.

Construction of two-and-a-half floors should be allowed on Economically Weaker Section (EWS) plots as per building norms. But many developers violate the norm and to generate more revenue build extra five floors in addition. These houses come up in a month and the construction is not very safe. EWS plots should be built keeping the sanctioned layout plans in mind.

Check legal aspect of the property before you pay any advance. Before buying a flat get NOC from Huda Cooperative Group Housing Society. But Society NOC is not a must for sale of property. According to Section 23 of Maharashtra Co-operative Housing Societies Act, membership of housing would be 'open'.
