The project is a good one. It is merely 3 minutes by walk from school and 5 minutes walk to GEAR International School. Further there is a 40 million sq. ft. high class I.T. buildings in a radius of 3 km.

Hi Alok I am staying in Mumbai the rental value in South Mumbai mainly in Tardeo has witnessed a fall. Rental of a flat in a old building has fallen by 20-25 percent and the rental value of new building has come down by 15-17 percent.

Even though the shop owners paid their bills with a 10 percent plenty for no mistake of theirs the Chandigarh electricity board has put off the power at sector 17. when asked for the reason the EB authorities said that the shopkeepers had not paid their bills on due date due to which they had to shut power.

The reason is very simple that big builder will have big margin and this is only posssible where builders construct premium houses or builders plans to construct affordable houses with a very low inverstments which is not possible in Raj Nagar Extension. Ghaziabad area have a good demand for affordable houses, investors wants premium housing where as end users want affordable housing. Due to low demand for the premiun houssing big builders stay away. Moreover the builders have to buy lands directly from the farmers which is always costlier.

I am residing in Hubli the quality of the roads are in horrible condition so the municipal corporation recently started repairing the roads and some new roads were under construction and the corporation people started filling the potholes suddenly due to heavy rainfall all the repaired roads got damaged and potholes have again opened up. Torential rain lashed the city and several roads became slippery with no proper tars.

Hi Alok, I also stay in Hubli it is really very sad that in couple of weeks the rain lashed the city and the roads are back in horrible condition creating chaos in the lives of the people living in Hubli, the main roads like Vidyanagar main road, Neeligin road, K C Circle got damaged very badly and the pothole filled with water on the roads from KIMS to MVP college is creating huge traffic. Hubli-Dharwad Municipal Corporation are planning to start repairing the roads from the last week of October or first week of November.

For mid-term investment, go for Noida expressway because average prevailing price in the area is Rs 3500/- sq ft where as for the ready to move-in apartment, prices are Rs 6000/- sq ft. If you hold the property for next 3 years the expected price will be around Rs 5000/- plus sq ft.
