It seems that the last quarter of the year will be more active in real estate because people from outside the country will come and invest in properties but if the developers achieve satisfaction in their sales then there is probability the price may rise so there is no point of investing in property at that time and if the sales are not up to the mark then they will lower down.
It is very true that the real estate agents are tieing up with the banks but I think the bank will realise soon that they cannot go on with the situation and it is an advice to the buyers who want to buy property to wait for the time when the price of per sq. ft falls as the developers giving freesbies with the apartment are not going to last long.
