Hi,

There is number of things which diifers an affordable project or middle income group home from luxury residential project. First thing is its price which would be starting from 1 crore for luxury residential and second thing is its amenities and extra space. Precautions you need to take are check builders credbility, the previous projects done by the builder and difference or time gap between deadline and project delivery etc.
