This properties is getting sold in phases. Novel Eco was the name of phase 1. As per BMRDA rules, every phase should have new name and EdgeWater is name of phase 2. If you look at layout plan of NovelEcho and EdgeWater, there is no overlapping.

Hi, The novelnests has changes their office but website is still showing the old address No.53, 27th Main, 1st Cross, 1st Phase, BTM 1st Stage (Near Samsung Building), Bangalore, Karnataka - 560 068. is any idea, what is the new address. I sent the letter but it's returned due to they are not present in above address. Thanks, Satish
