Heard some rumors about Signature Tullips. How far its safe to buy property in Signature Tullips. I was told by one of the marketing guy that LIC has approved the project, but now i got to know that no Bank has approved the project till now as there are some litigations.

How good is to buy property in Signature Tullips?

LIC has approved the project. There are many registered buyers who have taken loan from LIC Eva mall branch, Brigade Road.
