Till date the illegal constructions are going on and no action has been taken. Recently a petition has been filed by Krishna Gangothri Layout’s Owners’ Welfare Association on Comprehensive Development Plan. With the follow up of same petition, high court has issued notice to Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike and Bangalore Development Authority.
