Which are the areas in Mumbai facing civic issues?
The areas like Dadar East, Wadala, Koliwada, Matunga, Sion and Antop Hill with a population of 7 lakh are always facing civic issues. The residents in those areas are facing problem like improper garbage collection, drainage system and encroachment by hawkers which bother the local residents.
Please provide information about the project. How is the reputation of the builder?
The Unitech who is the builder of the project failed to provide the amenities promised to the buyers. The quality of construction was vey poor and the locality lacks in energy conservation, clubhouse facilities and proper security. The project does not hold a valid maintenance contract also.
