With the court order the BDA has no jurisdiction over the Panchayat areas. So there is no need of seeking permission from BDA..

Actually what I have heard was that there were 20 properties listed for auction but dues were paid for only for 12 properties hence the names were removed from the auction list. Remaining 8 properties will go for the auction.

The Bellary Road is soon going to be upgraded to an 18-lane expressway which will also have a high speed rail link on it. 18 lanes expressway will be done from Hebbal flyover to Bachchalli railway gate. It will also include the Trumpet Interchange road towards the airport which will bring a sign of relief for frequent travelers out of the Bangalore city.
