Total cost of the construction was Rs 87 lakhs. The construction of the terminus was done by the municipality under the Operation and Maintenance Gap Filling fund of the state government.

According to sources, If the property owner pays full tax amount before April 30th, tax rebate of five percent will be given for properties in Bangalore. Moreover the property owners now can have a sigh of relief as the property tax payment charges has remained unchanged.
