Sir, I have booked a unit (E-112) in paramount golf forestin the name of Geeta Bajpai and had sent an amount of Rs 50,000.00 through RTGS through Kartik real estate Ghaziabad. Due to somr personal circumastances ,i am not able to manage the required fund to purchase the same and i have asked the person to cancel the unit and send my money in my account .since one month have passed and i have not got the money back. Kindly advice us ,how i can get the refund of booking amount and to whom should i contact. Pl tell paramount villa office address and contact number. Regards S K BAJPAI

The idea to meet owners each other at a common place, is to share (bad & good) concerns amongst ourselves. This will also help us to get our things done as perfect as possible (by the bulider). Our gathering would aware the builder that he has to do good things for us if he wishes to earn brand name & goodwill and for any corrupt/greedy practice, he may be ruined(although we have complete belief in our builder - I believe they are prudent men). Our gathering/ society would also check the quality and completion time of construction. Everyone would be in benefit and remain in peace if we once gather. The letter has total unit cost as Rs. 38,83,125/- @ 2725 per sq feet. We have finalised area 1425@ 2675 which has total unit cost as Rs,38,11,875/-.
