Mr Ranjith, Which project of CMRS are you looking for? We have just booked a flat in Parimala Ivory in AECS layout. We checked out other projects built by the same builder, like periwinkle in AECS layout, they seemed to be fine. Till now the experience have been fine.
Hi Mr. Sachin, I am not sure whether this Parimala Elan is of the same builder. But we checked a completed project, Periwinkle, by CMRS builder who is constructing Parimala Ivory. This flat is decently built up with basic amenities. So we have decided to go for Parimala Ivory. Please let me know if you have any information regarding this.
