Patel Realty India Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary owned by the Patel Engineering Group. At its inception, founder Shri Pravin Bhai Patel established two objectives for the companys future: to sustain steady growth by increasing its revenue annually and to strive to be profitable in every year of its existence. The hard work and long hours expended in those early years have paid off as the business thrived and as projects grew progressively larger and more complex.

Formed in 2003, Patel Realty principal mandate is to acquire, develop and program real estate assets located in major urban environments where real estate demands have increased sharply due to lifestyle changes amongst all the age group segment of the population. This increased demand together with the real estate expertise from Patel Realty principals defines the vision and the road map for the companys future. Patel Realty has and will continue to pursue residential, commercial, IT Park, SEZ, Retail, Entertainment, Hospitality, Waterfront Developments and mixed-use transactions based on these principles with always an eye on strong community relations and integrity.
