Hey Sarabjit, I agree that the project is getting delay and I was shocked when I saw that the expected possession is 2014. Anybody have any updates regarding the possession date of Piyush Heights?

The project is delayed but I also see that everything is delayed in that area. Wastage is less in the super area and quality is better as compared to Omaxe, so it will get lot more premium if you can wait. Right now, 2 bhk at Piyush height is going for 34L.
