Concealed plumbing with PVC pipes, provision for Geyser, light colour wash basin and European closets.Chromium plated taps and shower. Ceramic tile Dadoing up to 1.8m height on walls
Painting
Internal walls with putty finish and painted with Oil Bound Distemper. Enamel paint over putty on doors

3 phase power supply to the building with concealed copper wiring in PVC conduits for light points, fanpoints, power points etc., controlled by ELCB and MCB
