As far as I know the rates of the flat in Prajay Megapolis will be in between Rs 17.46lakhs to Rs 75.5lakhs.

Hello Ramakrishna - I have met the Executive Sales Director last Saturday and he talked very rude. He said they cut 30 to 40K and remaining amount may be given to me in 5 to 6 months. Can you please let me know how to approach to consumer court to file a case? I am new and do not want to lose money just for other's mistake. Thank you so much in advance. Regards Vijay

There are two categories of 3bhk 1.3bhk with common bathroom shared among two bedrooms(approx cost for 1180 sft is 37 lacs including all charges) 2.3 bhk with individual bathrooms attached to bedrooms(approx cost of 1497 sft is 45 lacs + inc all charges)
