It's an invite only service. You need an activation code to register at CommonFloor. If you have an activation code,

- What is an activation code and how do I get it?
It's an alphanumeric code which you require for registering at CommonFloor. If the apartment complex you are living in is the member of CommonFloor, you should receive your activation code through email by the association of your residential community. In case your complex is not listed with us, please give us some details here.
