Hi Ajay, In my opinion any thing at 3500Rs/sqft is a good buy for this location, township with decent construction & facilities. Important thing is you need to get in agreement/writing with the dates when the club house facilities will be opened. Thanks & Regards, -IVK Raju
Hi Ajay, I would say if you can get a top floor, with an all inclusive rate of 3300-3400 per sqft, all amenities included and everything on paper with 100% assured date of handover you got yourself a good bargain. The only trump card with Ramky is location, 80% completed stage and some decent construction. It is an upper middle class venture. Hi, As far as I know the completeion is in Aug\'2010 as per builder but u must consider 3 months grace period. So it should be ready by nov\'10.
