(SPECIFICATIONS) I. MAIN STRUCTURE 1. All exterior panel walls will be 9’’ thick brickwork and interior panel walls will be 4.5’’ thick brickwork. 2. All walls are plastered with 2 Coats of Asian Putty in the interiors and finished rough in the exteriors to match the facade. II. SANITARYWARE & FITTINGS 1. All sanitary wares (i.e. Indian Water closets) will be of white colored of reputed brand.(Parryware) 2. All sanitary fittings (i.e. Bib taps, showers) will be of chromium plated (Metro). III. KITCHEN PLATFORM 1. The kitchen platform will be polished black granite with stainless steel sink. IV. WALL TILING 1. Designer ceramic tiles of size 16’’x 13’’ will be provided on walls in the following areas. 2. In toilets up to 10’ height. 3. In kitchen up to 2’ above the cooking platform. V. DOORS & WINDOWS 1.
