Hello Nilesh, I have booked a flat at Acura, last week went to meet the DGM to ask the same, he had no answer to our questions and also a bad news as the possession is delayed to July 2013, which was to be on Feb 2012 as per mentioned in my agreement. Nilesh plz share your contact details. and also find more people from acura.

They must have got permissions, Now they already built 18 Floors
Still waiting for the parking to get declared, hope it doesnt cost a bomb

dear Dr Velho, Which floor you have booked. Am in Acura B wing
I too have a home booked in acura, forget the parking, they dont have approvals for the higher floors and that is going to delay the possession

Hi, i received a demand letter and the amount reflects that 6th floor is completed. But it didn't mention the status and i m very sure that 6th floor is not completed yet. Its for Acura B

hi vernon there layout is not yet finalized and so the parking also. thats why they are not starting parking right now.
I wonder this ppl shouldnt charge us BOMB amount for parking..though they have prmoised us tht it is not compulsary for 'E' wing bt I doubt coz now they charged us for club house as well (which was not compulsary for us)
