Hi Jeevan, I recently saw Sai Poorna (High End – Harlur Road) project, and like you, not able to get much information about the same. Have you finalised/dropped this project? I own a flat in Sai Poorna Heights. I would never ever buy a flat from second tier propoerty developers like Srivasa Developers. The promises were never kept. I am disappointed with Srinivasa developers. Even if it means few more hundred rupees per square feet for tier 1 developers if i have money i will go for them only.
For Sai Poorna Heights, the Builder has delivered work but not to our satisfaction. He had promised much more in terms of Solar Lighting, Borewell (the borewell he dug dried up / ran out, and the association had to get a new one done by itself) and Government water (we still get tankers delivering water to us) but the promises never came through. However as with respect to the quality of his building work, I believe I have not received much negative feedback. So its just a matter of keeping strict control on what you are signing / being promised by the builder. Otherwise he has done a satisfactory job.
