The company was originally set up as Sri Saravana Constructions in 1988, promoted by Shri. Nagraj , the founder, to undertake construction & contracting business. The company began life as a civil construction and contracting company, having successfully executed 2,00,000 sq.ft. of prestigious Industrial, Institutional, Commercial, Residential and Hospital construction projects.

The company entered the Real Estate Development business in 2000 and in now amongst the leading Real Estate Development companies in India. The company has executed construction contracts for a number of prestigious Indian private, public sector and Multinational\'s clients. Saravana Buildwell was founded by Shri. Nagraj, a first generation entrepreneur, a civil engineer and a visionary having more than two decades of experience in Construction and Real Estate Development. Mr. Nagraj, as the Chairman & Managing Director of Saravana Buildwell has been at the forefront, a man with a mission of building globally comparable quality Residential & Commercial projects, his motto “Turning Dreams Into Realty “
