About Upkar Estates:
About three decades ago, more rapidly than ever before, people started moving to urban areas in search of Roti and Kapda (Food & Clothing). Soon it became obvious that Makaan (Shelter) would be the next essential requirement that the inward migrants to Bangalore would frantically look for. A few visionaries like K.H.Khan could foresee the impending real estate demands and that is how Upkar came into being. Upkar Associates, under the able leadership of its founder Mr. K H Khan, developed several residential townships on the outskirts of the city to ease the pressure on the core areas.
About Hosur Road, Banaglore:
Hosur Road is the part of National Highway 7 which connects the city of Bangalore capital of Karnataka, and the Tamil Nadu border town of Hosur. It is a four to eight-lane highway which also has service lanes on either sides at the busier parts. Apart from being a part of the National Highway, the road is also significant because it consist of many industrial and IT business houses. The famous IT industrial park Electronics City is also located alongside Hosur Road.
