Question to Sobha Amethyst Owners from the owner of another Sobha property in Bangalore. Can you please tell me if Khata transfer for you was done by Sobha? And if so what was the amount charged (a break up would be appreciated, like how much was the service charge, property tax component, stamp duty fees etc). Many thanks for your time and reply.

From the modeling/ simulation of the home design, the design choices, project cost estimation, tracking the project, proactive updates on work progress from the designer, quality of work, choice of materials, design feedbacks, peace of mind and dependability, it was all top notch. It's been more than 3 weeks and I still am waitingverification. It displays the following message whenever I try to log in: " Your account is created on Sobha Amethyst CommonFloor, but is awaiting verification from the CF Administrator and fellow owners at Sobha Amethyst" Am I following the right steps to register?
