Hey Jayant, have you gone through the documents received in sales deed? If it is mentioned in the sales deed that the flat owner will get a parking space then you will have all the rights to question the builder. It is advisable to take advice from a legal expert too.

same here with me, parking not allotted, they say parking was allotted by draw of lots so I don't think we can do anything, have to park car outside the campus

I don't feel the developer would be able to complete the project in Jan 2012 also. Therefore, I suggest you to contact the developer by their contact number or visit their office and ask for the same. But don't worry as these builders are busy in launching number of projects their some projects may be delayed because of financial issues or unsold properties in previous projects etc. Just contact the concerned person to know the status of your flat.
