A mega residential project Fountain Square at Jogeshwari has been issued noticed by Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA).
MMRDA recently learnt that Fountain Square had constructed unauthorized basements at its premises.
Long ago these apartment builders namely; Shri Shubh Builders and Sonata Realty had received notices form MMRDA to pause the basement construction work.
However, neither the builder nor property buyers are ready to answer to these illegal construction.
Meanwhile, MMRDA officials have promised to look upon and the issue of illegal construction at Fountain Square in Mumbai.
