The illegal construction of road between Bangalore-Bellary National Highway and University of Agricultural Sciences has right now become a major concern in Bangalore.
A petition has been filed on Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP) for the same by Krishna Gangothri Layout’s Owners’ Welfare Association.
With the follow up of same petition, high court has issued notice to Bangalore Development Authority (BDA), Messers Crown Developers and Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP).
However, till date the illegal constructions are going on and there is no action has been taken.
