Cauvery drinking water project has been controversial since its start.
The Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) council saw a rocky start over the same meeting.
This was due to the BWSSB failure to not install the project in recently added areas in the city.
The corporators also pointed out that they should not conduct the meeting in the first place considering the state mourning over death of higher education minister and also they pointed out that there were violations over Gandhinagar ward election.
The Cauvery project which was to be completed by March has been already delayed by three months.
